Confessions
Every day in the basilica there are priests listening to those who wish to receive forgiveness from God in the "sacrament of penitence and reconciliation".
How to receive the sacrament of penitence?
Times available for the confessions:
- From Monday to Saturday : from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Sunday : from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
The confessions take place in the basilica (to the left of the chancel) or during mass in the Chapel of the Virgin.
Through the sacrament of penitence everyone who has been baptised finds the love of God again. You can ask the priest on duty in the confessional of the basilica for this sacrament.
