The Dining-Room – Apprentis d’Auteuil

The school restaurant welcomes you on the esplanade from Tuesday to Sunday, from 11am to 3pm, and with continuous service from 12pm to 8pm on Fridays and Saturdays.

La Salle à Manger is a restaurant-school set up by Apprentis d’Auteuil to train young people in the catering trades. Aged between 18 and 30 and in difficulty, they set out on the road to employment. Supervised by professional instructors, trained and supported by Apprentis d’Auteuil, they prepare to obtain a professional qualification in cooking or service.

Since April 20, the Bulle restaurant welcomes you to the Maison Carrée, at the foot of the Basilica, from Monday to Sunday, 10am to 10pm (last reservation).

The “Bulle” project by Michelin-starred chef Guy Lassausaie and restaurant manager Gaëlle Matin is part of the renovation of Maison Carré. Bulle is a hybrid restaurant, somewhere between gastronomy and bistronomy, offering creative and sublime dishes, while retaining the nobility and authenticity of the products blended with the chefs’ know-how.

The 704m2 restaurant features two terraces with unique panoramic views over Lyon, an open kitchen and an exceptional wine cellar.
